HHV Offers emails are sent 2-3 days after a customer receives a cross-sell offer on a service call. We wanted to modernize these emails and tell a story within the email, make the customer feel like they are a part of the experience and that we personalized this journey specifically for them.

Internal site for Progressive employees. They wanted to add a social aspect to the site and to make it more accessible.
Progressive Onboarding Emails
Based on data triggers, Progressive sends out email to customers targeting specific life event messaging with offers to help them save money and make the transition easier for our customers. The client wanted to make the customer feel like we are relating to them but if the data trigger was incorrect we did not want to offend them either. That is why I came up with the concept of the icon system. It is not blatantly pointed out "hey, you're getting married you need this policy!" but subtlety saying from marriage to moving and everything in between, we have got you covered. With photography it was harder to avoid the facts.
Progressive Special Lines Onboarding Emails
SPECIAL LINES: These are for customers that just signed up for special line insurance (motorcycle, RV, boating) or are current customers to continue their insurance or add more toys to their policy.
DISAPPEARING DEDUCTIBLE: These emails explain that if you sign up for disappearing deductible and maintain a claim-free policy you will eventually have no deductible at all.
